The EU audiovisual sector labour market and of changing forms of employment and work arrangements

The European Broadcasting Union (EBU), the International Federation of Film Producers
Associations (FIAPF), the European Coordination of Independent Producers (CEPI), EURO MEI (UNI
Europa – media, arts and entertainment), the International Federation of Actors (FIA), The
International Federation of Musicians (FIM) and the European Federation of Journalists (EFJ), social
partners of the EU Audiovisual Social Dialogue Committee, will organise the final
seminar of their joint project on the Analysis of the EU audiovisual sector labour market and of
changing forms of employment and work arrangements.
The seminar will take place on Tuesday 28 June 2016 at the Crown Plaza Hotel Brussels, rue Gineste
3 in Brussels, Belgium. It will present the main outcomes of a study carried out by ICF International
on behalf of the social partners of the Audiovisual Social Dialogue Committee, analysing the main
structures and trends of the EU audiovisual labour market. The seminar will also provide the
opportunity for unions, employers’ organisations and sector stakeholders to discuss current and
future challenges of the labour market and changing forms of employment and work arrangements.
