The European Federation of Journalists (EFJ) together with the consortium leader, International Federation of Journalists  (IFJ), is preparing a proposal to the European commission Tender for Technical Assistance to Public Service Media in the Western Balkans. As part of the bid they are looking for two key experts to manage the programme for 30 months starting November 2017.
