When is the EU-Turkey summit on press freedom ?
ZAMAN, Turkey’s one of largest circulating newspaper was brutally seized on the eve of the Turkey-EU Summit in March 2016. Since, it has been turned into a government mouthpiece. While some EU leaders raised the issue during the summit last week, it was a very muted one, at best.
