The European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) with the support of the three Italian Trade Union Confederations, CGIL, CISL and UIL, is organising the Final Conference of the “REBALANCE” project – Trade unions’ and social partners’ actions to improve reconciliation of work, family and private life for women and men”.

The objectives of this Conference are to disseminate and promote the final results of the study on social partners’ practices tackling work-life balance issues in collective bargaining, as well as to launch the transposition guide of the Directive. It will also aim at raising awareness on the better use of collective bargaining on work-life balance.
