The Education Department of the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI) will organise with EFJ a second workshop on ‘Trade Union Leadership Training II’ which will be held from 28 to 30 October 2019 in Porto, Portugal. Aims: To equip future leaders with leadership and trade union mobilising skills; To provide networking opportunities for future leaders to exchange among themselves; To find innovative and inclusive ways to mobilise and organise members Participants Participants are future leaders or key person making decisions and leading change in the organisation in the next five years.
