Meeting with MEP Sophie In’t Velt: how to monitor media freedom and pluralism in the EU

The EFJ GS will meet MEP Sophie In't Velt, rapporteur for the legislative own-initiative report on “The establishment of an EU mechanism on Democracy, Rule of Law and Fundamental Rights”. The purpose of this meeting is to exchange views with journalists, NGOs and media representatives on how to monitor and safeguard media freedom and pluralism in the European Union.
