The European Centre for Press and Media Freedom (ECPMF) is organising a conference about defending the truth in the era of "fake news" on 13 and 14 June. The event will take place in Leipzig, Germany. International experts will present case studies about how to combat and deal with „fake news“ – from forged war pictures from Syria to the creation of myths in the French election campaign.
