The Council of Europe will be hosting a discussion/debate at the Brussels Book Fair from 22-25 February 2018. The theme of this year’s event will be hate speech and freedom of expression. The Council of Europe Committee of experts on quality journalism in the digital age (MSI-JOQ) has been established under the Committee of Ministers Steering Committee on Media and Information Society (CDMSI) for the biennium 2018-2019.
