Quentin Van Enis s’intéresse depuis plusieurs années à la question de la protection du droit à la liberté d’expression, notamment dans le contexte des nouveaux médias. Auteur d’une thèse de doctorat consacrée à « La liberté de la presse à l’ère numérique », défendue à l’Université de Namur en 2014, l’orateur est chargé de cours à l’université de Namur (CRIDS) où il enseigne notamment le droit des médias.
